Hi! I am Dave Bowestead
Welcome to this site that I’ve built to showcase some of my photography.
I’m an enthusiastic amateur nature and wildlife photographer based in the New Forest, UK.
I spent many years learning the dark art of film photography before a 4 year sabbatical shooting mainly P&S photos with 4-6 MP compacts.
Eventually I bought a Sony A700 to use with my Minolta lenses and have been eagerly learning the even darker art of digital photography ever since.
In 2018, I moved across to using an Olympus camera and I’ve never looked back.
